When will the event begin?

The cocktail reception will start at 5:30 pm and the dinner will begin at approximately 6:30 pm.

What is the dress code for the gala?

The dress code for the evening will be business or cocktail attire.

How do we notify you of the need for a vegetarian meal or other dietary restrictions or allergies? 

If you have purchased a ticket online, you will be asked if you will require a vegetarian meal.  If you are attending the event through a sponsorship, please inform the primary contact at your organization of your need for a vegetarian meal or any dietary restrictions or allergies.  For reference, the menu will include an Artisan Romaine Wedge Salad as a salad course, Lemongrass Ginger Braised Short Ribs (with jasmine rice, broccolini, baby carrots and merlot braising reduction sauce) for the entree and an Asian Cotton Cheesecake for dessert.  The vegetarian meal will be Coconut Adobo Tempeh with garlic fried rice, green beans, chickpeas, chana, fenugreek and crispy onions.

Will I be issued a physical or digital ticket to attend the event?

No, you do not have to present an actual ticket at the event. We will have a list of registered attendees when you check-in.
