Burns & Levinson LLP is seeking an IP Litigation Associate to join our Intellectual Property Group in the firm’s Boston office.
Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in IP litigation, including electronic discovery. Excellent academic credentials, along with strong research, writing and communication skills, are required. Education, background or litigation experience with high-tech, hardware/software, electronics, telecommunications and/or mechanical devices is preferred. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work simultaneously with a variety of partners while maintaining attention to detail and providing quality and timely work product. Candidates must be current members of the Massachusetts bar with in-depth familiarity with Massachusetts federal court practice; admission to the USPTO is a plus.
