Burns & Levinson LLP is seeking an Associate to join the Divorce & Family Law Practice of our Private Client Group in the Firm’s Boston Office.
Qualified candidates must have 3-8 years of substantive experience in all aspects of divorce and family law litigation. Excellent academic credentials, along with strong research, writing and communication skills, are required. Must exhibit facility with discovery, drafting pleadings and handling depositions and have experience practicing in the Probate & Family Court. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to work simultaneously with a variety of partners while maintaining attention to detail and providing quality and timely work product. Candidates must be current members of the Massachusetts bar.
