AALAM is delighted to invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 for AALAM’s 40th Anniversary Gala, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Westin Copley Place (10 Huntington Avenue, Boston).

For the first time in many years, we will be relocating our annual celebration from Boston’s Chinatown to a new location to more fully accommodate the incredible growth in our membership and presence as well as honor our organization’s many decades in advancing the Asian American and Pacific Islander (“AAPI”) legal community in Massachusetts. We are proud to celebrate AALAM’s legacy and the commitment and achievement of so many of our members.

As a special feature to commemorate AALAM’s 40-year history, we will welcome guest presenters from each of the past four decades of AALAM to share their experiences as important contributors to the continuing success of the AAPI legal community.

Our event will also recognize the contributions of many who help further AALAM’s mission to serve our community by presenting the 2024 AALAM Founders Award to Connie Wong of the Boston Fire Department, the 2024 AALAM Community Service Award to Emily Yu of BioMed Realty, and the 2024 AALAM Ally of the Year Award to Holland & Knight LLP. We will also be recognizing the recipient of the 27th Annual AALAM and Dow Fund Scholarship Award

We hope that you will join us for this evening of celebration and support of your fellow practitioners.

In case of any questions and/or cancellations and/or if you have any dietary restrictions, email aalamgala2024@gmail.com!
