Dealing with Law School Debt: Student loan debt is an albatross around the neck of many lawyers, often delaying homeownership, marriage, children, and fulfilling careers. But there's no one correct way to approach it. Jessica Medina, former lawyer, turned Accredited Financial Counselor, will walk us through some student loan repayment strategies, including those she used to tackle her own mortgage-sized debt and the framework she applies when helping her clients approach theirs.

Jessica Medina is a former lawyer turned Accredited Financial Counselor on a mission to help attorneys figure out their finances so they can pursue their true passions, no matter the salary. She graduated from Columbia Law School as a single mom of twins with over $200,000 in student loans, took a stroll through Biglaw and the federal government, and now teaches other lawyers how to use their money to finance their dream lives.
