Virtual Cooking Class with Chef Asia Mei from Moonshine 152

Join AALAM and the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division for a Virtual Cooking Class with Chef Asia Mei from Moonshine 152. Chef Asia Mei will show a slightly modernized take on dumplings with traditional flavors. We will be making an interpretation of a classic spring roll with some of Moonshine’s famous sauces that will allow for some easy plating. Registrants may also omit certain ingredients to make their dish vegetarian.

Please note that all registrants will need to pick up an ingredients kit anytime between 3 and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, or between 1 and 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 30, at Moonshine 152 located at 152 Dorchester Ave., Boston, MA 02127.
