Please join us for a timely and salient discussion on the federal, state and community efforts to prosecute and enforce the laws governing civil rights violations, hate crimes and bias-motivated incidents, as well as housing, employment and disability discrimination, among others. Attendees will learn about the federal and state enforcement statutes, types of remedies, reporting/complaint mechanisms, enforcement priorities, recent prosecuted cases, importance of data collection, and other available community resources.
