Virtual Town Hall with AALAM and the SJC Committee on Lawyer Well-Being

The SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being seeks to engage the Affinity Bar Associations in its efforts to enhance lawyer well-being in the Commonwealth. Per it’s July 2019 Steering Committee Report, one major theme was “[a] strong and on-going commitment to enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion in all our practices” and “crucial to our individual and collective well-being.” The goal of these sessions is for the Committee to hear from Affinity Bar members about their own lived experiences and challenges, so that it is better equipped to ensure that the individual and collective well-being challenges faced by diverse populations are reflected in the Committee’s ongoing work to improve the lives of lawyers and legal professionals throughout the Commonwealth.
