Description:

This program will shed light on contemporary challenges that diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals in academia, the public sector and private practice face. The program endeavors to demystify the barriers to entry for this work and will provide an opportunity for DEI professionals and supporters to share what they have learned about where we are, and how far we need to go to create more inclusive spaces for law students and legal professionals.We will also have the chance to hear from Sharisse Cail Perry,a recruiting professional with deep roots in the Boston legal community, who will be providing useful tips for diverse attorneys seeking to secure their next job opportunity.
