AALAM presents this event to guide associates on how to make partner at a law firm.  We have a panel of five attorneys ranging from newly made income partners to equity partners who have been part of the decision making process in choosing new partners.  Whether you are a new associate who wants to learn what partnership is all about or a senior associate who will be up for partner in the next year, the panelists will provide guidance and insight into the decision making process.
