Harvard Law School's APALSA invites AALAM members to attend our 2018 Trial Reenactment. This year's case - the Heart Mountain Trials - is about the prosecution of Japanese-American interned during WWII who refused to be drafted into the U.S. military, and it touches on important questions of race, citizenship, and protest that remain relevant today.

The hour-long reenactment will take place on Saturday, February 3rd at 4PM, and will be immediately followed by a discussion session led by Judge Kiyo Matsumoto of EDNY, Judge Denny Chin of the 2nd Circuit, and Ms. Kathy Chin of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

You can RSVP for the reenactment at http://bit.ly/HLSAPALSATrialReenactment2018. Please contact harvardapalsaconference@gmail.com with any questions.
