The Harry H. Dow Memorial Legal Assistance Fund (Dow Fund) will be hosting its 40th Anniversary fundraising dinner on Friday, December 5, 2025 at Empire Garden in Boston Chinatown.
AALAM is proud to sponsor the Dow Fund and is offering 20 tickets to current AALAM members. If you are interested in attending, please register and we will confirm your seat in an email response by November 24, 2025. Please note that seats are not guaranteed. Registration will be closing on November 21, 2025.
The Dow Fund was started in 1985 in memory of Harry H. Dow, the first Asian American admitted to the Massachusetts bar. Harry dedicated his life’s work to underserved Asian and immigrant communities in Boston’s South End and Chinatown. To address the ongoing inequities that our immigrant communities face, the Dow Fund carries on Harry Dow’s legacy through our strong commitment and grantmaking efforts for organizations advocating for Asian Americans in need.
